Shipping & Returns

Ready to wear pieces are shipped within 1-5 business days after order has been confirmed by payment.

Made to order female clothing pieces requires a process time of 5-10 business days to be shipped.

Shipping within Trinidad is done via a personal courier and Tobago delivery is via TTPost courier and arrives within 2-3 business days once mailed.

International shipping is done via DHL and arrives within 5-10 business days

When your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with full details on tracking information.

 

Returns

Handmade clothing items can be returned within 7 days of it being delivered. Exchange will be done on an item of equal or lesser value or store credit.

All sale purchases are final.

Items must be returned in it’s original packaging unworn, unaltered and unwashed with tags attached.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless there was an error with your order. You will be responsible for your own return shipping cost.

Once the return item has been received by us and approved. Your store credit confirmation will be sent via e-mail.
